GAXA is an online marketplace and advertisement platform where users can buy, sell and promote products, services, websites and videos.
GAXA एक ऑनलाइन मार्केटप्लेस और विज्ञापन प्लेटफॉर्म है जहां उपयोगकर्ता उत्पाद, सेवाएं, वेबसाइट और वीडियो का प्रचार कर सकते हैं।
2. How to Post an Ad? / Ad कैसे पोस्ट करें?
Login using Mobile OTP, Gmail OTP or Gmail Password. Click the (+) Sell button and submit your ad.
मोबाइल OTP, Gmail OTP या Gmail Password से लॉगिन करें। (+) Sell बटन पर क्लिक करके अपना विज्ञापन पोस्ट करें।
3. Login Options / लॉगिन विकल्प
Users can login using: Mobile OTP, Gmail OTP, Gmail Password.
यूजर Mobile OTP, Gmail OTP और Gmail Password द्वारा लॉगिन कर सकते हैं।
4. Normal Ads / नॉर्मल एड्स
Normal Ads may be free for a limited period. After free limit, charges may apply. Ads remain active for 28 days and include chat support.
नॉर्मल एड सीमित समय के लिए फ्री हो सकते हैं। फ्री सीमा समाप्त होने के बाद शुल्क लागू हो सकता है। विज्ञापन 28 दिनों तक सक्रिय रहेगा।
5. Featured Ads / फीचर्ड एड्स
Featured Ads are premium advertisements with Call and Chat facilities. Charges may start around ₹19-₹20.
फीचर्ड एड्स प्रीमियम विज्ञापन हैं जिनमें Call और Chat सुविधा उपलब्ध होती है।
6. Banner Ads / बैनर एड्स
Banner Ads allow website promotion and video promotion with premium visibility. Charges may start around ₹29-₹30.
बैनर एड्स में वेबसाइट और वीडियो प्रमोशन की सुविधा उपलब्ध होती है।
7. Premium Ads / प्रीमियम एड्स
All paid advertisements on GAXA are premium because users can directly call and chat with sellers.
GAXA के सभी भुगतान वाले विज्ञापन प्रीमियम माने जाते हैं क्योंकि यूजर सीधे कॉल और चैट कर सकते हैं।
8. Refund Policy / रिफंड नीति
Refund is only considered when payment is completed but advertisement is not published due to technical issues and content follows platform rules.
रिफंड केवल उसी स्थिति में दिया जाएगा जब भुगतान सफल हो लेकिन विज्ञापन तकनीकी कारणों से लाइव न हो।
9. Prohibited Content / प्रतिबंधित सामग्री
Illegal products, services, images, videos, government-related violations and prohibited content are not allowed.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments made for advertisements, promotions, premium listings or featured services on GAXA are generally non-refundable.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Users may stop using our services at any time. Once an advertisement or promotion is live, it cannot be cancelled.
3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds may only be considered if payment was deducted but service was not delivered due to technical issues.
4. REFUND PROCESS
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days. Approved refunds are processed within 7-15 business days.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Change of mind, completed services, partially delivered services and misuse of platform are not eligible for refund.
6. IMPORTANT NOTES
GAXA reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated policy.
